First, follow the steps below.
Control Panel> Administrative Tools> Local Security Policy> Security Settings> Account Policies> Account Lockout Policy

It is close to the Start menu, go to Run, type REGEDT and theInter Press

Follow the steps below

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE> SOFTWARE> MICROSOFT> WINDOWS NT> CURRENTVERSION> WINLOGON

  I double click on the value 1 in the Forceunlocklogon

Then close and restart the PC and see if the wrong passwordthree times will be given, then the PC hangs.
